What should I do about my guinea pig problems?

About a month ago I bought a guinea pig for the first time. The guy at the store told me that it was a female. So a month later I bought another female guinea pig for company. When I introduced them, I realized that my first guinea pig kept humping the newbie then I found out that it was a really a boy. What should I do? I bought them from 2 pet stores, i really like the original piggie, don’t want babies (im afraid the new piggie is now pregnant now but i can still take her back) and don’t want to have to get 2 boys because they cannot coexist:(

How long do guinea pigs have to have mothers milk for?

i purchased a pregnant guinea pig accidentaly,and she had 6 beautiful babies 2 weeks ago. I was going to seperate them at 4 weeks, but have heard i need to seperate them at 3 weeks. But, i think that babies have to have mums milk until 4 weeks of age. Which opinion is right?

My guinea pig has just given birth?

About twenty minutes ago I got up to check on my very pregnant guinea pig after I heard tiny squeaking noises that didn’t sound like the regular ones they made, only to find that the male pig was huddled in a corner of the cage, and the female guinea pig was under the plastic igloo with about three pups with her.
I haven’t moved the igloo because I don’t want to disturb any of them and I can’t see how many babies she’s had exactly.
The only thing I’ve done is taken the male out of the cage and put him in another cage outside.
Should I leave her to it or is there something I should do?

He needs to compose himself much better in order to sound intelligent. And people made fun of GW Bush for supposedly being stupid? It is better to have pregnant pauses than stammer and stutter like he does.

Ok well i new my girl guinea pig was pregnant and she just now had her baby but i just realized one of the baby guinea pigs we still have from her last little is a girl and we thought she was a boy and we just figured out shes pregnant .What do i do help? Im also selling for qa very small price to a good home if anyones interested

Is My Guinea Pig Dying?

My 3 or 4 year old female guinea pig is eating more and a little less drinking.I had her with my 5 or 8 month old male guinea pig maybe 3 or 4 times and they humped but it was like a few weeks ago she is getting a bit bigger.Is she pregnant?and if she is what do I do to keep her healthy and happy because I know she is old to have more babies. She had babies before when her pelvic bones were opened.I know how to care for baby guinea pigs and I am keeping all babies even if she had 20 which I would doubt.Her last litter was 6 healthy guinea pigs who all survived but I had to get rid of to Pet World.

2 waht does a 1 month pregnant gp look like?(pictures appreciated)
3 my neighbours gp’s have some kind of rash on their sides( i could c it because they lost fur on the area) is it contagious to my healthy gp’s?

I have a male guinea pig and i am going to get a female for him soon and i want them to breed whats the best way to introduce them to each other and is it good for them to be living together??while my guinea pig is pregnant will he kill the babies??
