How do I clean my Guinea Pigs Cage?

I have 2 baby Guinea Pigs. They **** A LOT!!! I got them 2 days a go and the cage is fill with ****. We don’t want to put a whole new fresh batch of bedding because its bad for the enviornment and it cost a lot of money wat do I do. (also i tried pooper scooping but it was impossible to get all the **** and not empty out most of the bedding.)

guinea pig kicks bedding into his food. is this okay?

I bought my guinea pig Kaytee Soft Sorbent bedding. He keeps kicking the bedding into his food. I have started to give less food into his food bowl, and fill it up more times in one day, just so he can get food without bedding inside. However, even after a few minutes, he somehow keeps getting the bedding into his food bowl+alfalfa hay lil container. is there any way to prevent this? is okay for him to eat food that has bedding in it???

My mom and dad just told me that i could get a guinea pig after i wanted one for weeks! Where should i get one though? There are none at my local shelter(s) and there is no breeder near where i live. so where? and also how many square feet a cage do i need for one guinea pig and the same question for 2 guinea pigs? finally what food and bedding do you reccomend? any answers would be helpful thanx!!!!!!!!!!!

My guinea pig and his cage smell terrible, what can i do?

My guinea pig Louis Vuitton smells horrible, so does his cage. I put the most absorbent a deodarizing bedding in his cage and it doesnt really work. My whole family is finding it unbearable. What can i do?

What bedding should i use for my guinea pigs play pen?

what type of bedding should i use?? it is indoors and is around their cage so that they can get out of their caage and get more space? i just don’t want any accidents as it is my bedroom.. i don’t have any fleece i was thinking bout towel but i am not sure how absorbant it is//

How can I increase the size of my pig cage without increasing the bedding cost?

I have two guniea pigs living on about 3.5 square feet of cage. I know that this is way to small for two pigs, and I would like to up the cage to 6 square feet. Is there anyway I can do this without doubling the bedding cost?

Why is my Guinea Pig doing this? (Free 10 points)?

Well I got my Guinea Pig at PetsMart in May last year 4 monthes old. The lady told me that if I got a container like a platic one she would be fine and she is because we drilled a hole in it for the water thing and she really seems to like it. Instead of the bedding, we use newspaper and clean it out twice a day and wash it down with windex vinegar. We have checked and it is fine. We feed her twice a day ( morning and night). She gets fresh fruit and veggies
7 CommentsMy problem is she has recently been ripping the newpaper and I can’t tell if she is eating it or not. If she is, is that bad for her, cause if it really is then I could use bedding. Please give resources.

What bird should I get. + how do i convince my parents?

I want to get a bird that either can be trained to talk or can mimick whistles if dosent meet other requirments than quite. I like colorful birds that are small and do not bite. I need a bird that is inexpensive. My parents dont want anything smelly, kicks bedding out of cage ALOT, or loud. Help me find the perfect bird for me that meets my requirments and my parents rules. For extra how to convince sugg. I have a guinea pig as a pet. I get straight As (have for the whole school year) and am too young to get a job butg can work for my dad and earn money. Thanks for the help!
